Before the incident
An Ecom picker was picking in the mod and was pulling a heavier speaker off the top of a pallet. When she did so the speaker struck her in the shoulder and she felt a pop. It was a dull pain at first but as she kept picking the pain got worse. She had a burning feeling in her shoulder and was unable to lift her arm above her head because of the pain.
