Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was driving a clamp in aisle 640 and lost control of the steering when making a turn. She hit into a dishwasher bin (640-074). She pushed her arm out to brace impact and she hurt her neck when she moved her head. Employee was provided a cold compress and nurse hotline was called.
