On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was using an articulating clamp inside a trailer to move reefers from a prone to an upright position. As he was moving the clamp inside the trailer he moved his mast too high which caused the cables carrying hydraulic fluid to become damage on the roof of the trailer. When [REDACTED] then moved to release the clamp pressure on the units the compromised hoses sprayed hydraulic fluid throughout the trailer and onto [REDACTED]. Some of that fluid hit his eyes which caused immediate irritation. After about 2 minutes at the eye wash station the irritation was still felt and the nurse line was called which recommended taking him to the ER. To prevent this going forward we are instituting as a best practice to no longer reorient product with the articulating clamp while inside the trailer. Remove the product from the trailer first then reorient it once outside the trailer.

He was unloading shipment and the hose from the lift came off and some hydralic fluid got on his face and eyes.
