Before the incident
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] cut 4 plastic bands that keep our corrugate together. After cutting the bands he proceeded by looping the plastic bands around his left hand without the use of PPE or gloves. He then proceeded to pull the straps and while doing so [REDACTED] felt the bands tightening around his left hand and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] felt and unusual discomfort on his left hand.
