What happened
Team member stated that he had debris in his right eye The team member stated that he was wearing his safety glasses properly and he thought the fans had contributed to the incident [REDACTED] from Kort Betzy [REDACTED] and I administered first aid We attempted to use the eye cups with eye wash solution several times The TM stated that there was no relief We then used the eye wash station with no improvement Last we applied eye drops and the TM went to lunch I followed up with the TM immediately after and the eye was still irritated TM was sent to Concentra for further follow up
