Operator was trying to set up trim die on [REDACTED] press asked [REDACTED] to put shims between the press and the pin stoper to be able to screw the top part of the die when [REDACTED] was putting the shims accidently the operator released the valve causing the press going up and pinch [REDACTED] right thumb tip.
