Pulling some inventory-- a box of yeti tumblers-- from a lower storage shelf.
What happened
The employee caught the backside of his right hand against the back edge of the shelf above the tumblers resulting in a ¾” long cut on the backside of his right hand.
Injury or illness
A cut that required 4 stitches. Employee returned to work the same day after receiving first-aid treatment at our local Urgent Care location.
