A belts associate was spraying down the floor while doing a sanitization. As the associate was spraying they moved backwards and tripped on a floor cover for pipes.
What happened
A belts associate was spraying down the floor while doing a sanitization. As the associate was spraying they moved backwards and tripped on a floor cover for pipes. Belt 3 maint. side. The Associate person fell approximately 3 feet onto the right hip. Initially had no pain after the fall and immediately returned to the task. 3 weeks after the fall reported a dull pain in the hip area to EHS.
