What happened
Employee went inside walk in located in Local Eats department in the main kitchen to grab shredded carrots. When entering the walk in Both her feet got wrapped up in plastic wrap that was on the floor. Employee tried to unwrap the plastic with her feet and that caused her to slip and therefore she grabbed onto the shelf rack to avoid falling. That also caused a minor cut to her left bottom forearm due to the shelf rack cutting her.
