Before the incident
I arrived at the nurse led flu vaccine clinic. I received a flu vaccine in my right arm. The injection was administered high on my arm near the acromion process.
What happened
[REDACTED] after injection my right shoulder joint was painful at rest with more severe pain during certain movements this has persisted for 15 days now. Limited range of motion and activity have resulted from this pain.
