The employee was at a homeowner 's appointment replacing a sweep on a 28x68 solid core door.

At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called to inform me that he had aggravated his tendonitis while replacing a sweep on a 28x68 solid core door during a homeowner appointment. I asked if he was sure it was tendonitis and not an injury and he confirmed it was his tendonitis. He then explained that he called to tell me solid core doors were too heavy for him to handle alone any longer at his age. At around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] returned to the shop and reported that the pain in his arm had worsened and he was now unable to close his hand due to the pain. He was then sent to Concentra Urgent Care for evaluation.
