On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] team member [REDACTED] was lifting a stack of 8 jams and felt a pop. There was no discomfort but he felt something protruding from top of belly button area. He pushed the bump back in and told Austin Hardin Production Foremans back up for the day. [REDACTED] went back to work with no issues without telling a manager on duty. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] came in with a doctor 's note stating the doctor checked him out on [REDACTED]. Doctor note states no lifting above 10lbs. Contacted [REDACTED] for support and [REDACTED] will be sent to urgent care to see one of our doctors to check him out and conduct a UA. Waiting on doctors recommendations at this time.
