What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was untying the railcar. When he placed the bar to release the cable his shoulder gave out and fell to the ground. He tried to work the rest of the day but felt that he needed to go to the doctor. The location advised him to go home take some over the counter medicine for the pain and rest. [REDACTED] seemed to be fine until [REDACTED] when he requested to go to the clinic. After going to the clinic medication was prescribed.
