The employee contacted me around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] saying that he had slipped and fell while helping a vendor who showed up after hours unloading material. Said he felt a pop in the back of his leg when he fell. I contacted axiom health shortly after he called. We talked to a nurse and the nurse gave him some at home care instructions.
