What happened
Walking into patient room to retrieve a pillow for patient. EVS was mopping floor it was dark lights were off to keep patient 's calmer and didn 't see the floor was wet. Slipped fell backwards. EE was carrying the work issued tablet under her left arm and when she fell it crushed into the inner side of the left elbow and lower arm.
