trying to push patient bed out of the elevator

I was moving a hypotensive pt from [REDACTED] to MICU. When exiting the elevator to the 4th floor the rapid nurse was unable to get out so I had to push the bed out of the elevator and felt a slight strain. When I woke up that morning my neck and shoulder were stiff and in a large amount of pain.
