What happened
The associate reported that while selecting in aisle 43 they were using a Crown center rider. After picking item 1932 from slot 43-44-11 they activated the step on the Crown center rider and used it to stack product on top of the pallet. When they finished stacking they forgot the step was still deployed which blocked their walking path. They struck the step with their leg lost balance and fell forward catching themselves with their left arm and impacting their lower back.
