What happened
While delivering 16 beer kegs to an account using a handtruck the IW was transporting 3 stacked kegs in an elevator en route to the account ' 's basement. During this process a keg fell off the top of the stack from another driver ' 's handtruck which was positioned next to the IW in the elevator. The keg landed on the IW ' 's right foot causing immediate pain and injury to the top and side of the right foot as well as the pinky toe.
