What happened
IE reported experiencing pain extending from his right shoulder blade up to his neck. IE stated that the discomfort has been present for approximately 10 days but has recently increased in intensity prompting IE to report it. IE explained that the pain began while loading material onto the press. Although IE was not physically lifting the material IE was using a material hoist. IE noted that the pain seemed to start when wrapping the blanks around with the sling during the loading process.
