What happened
I was helping our new Respite patient stand up with a walker and so that myself and the Nurse could change his brief patient was unsteady while assisting him I had to use one hand to hold him and pull his brief down while bending down patient pushed back to sit down as I was coming up and something popped in my lower back and I felt instant heat.
