The employee was receiving a 1414 starter on the receiving line and had just added the paperwork to the part such as the putaway ticket and zebra tag.

Once the part was tagged and ready to move the employee picked up the part with both hands holding the part close to their waist area and began to walk to the 36 and 37 sorting table to place the part which was roughly 20 feet from the station that they were working at. Just 2-3 feet away from the sorting table the employee felt a popping sensation in their right hand which then radiated through their wrist and into their forearm. Their forearm had a burning sensation for about a minute after that and now their hand wrist & forearm ache.
