What happened
as I was getting a patient vitals I walked to the left side of the bed and didn 't realize the [REDACTED] was on the ground. As I walked to the computer my foot got caught and I fell and landed on my left knee. I went to the bathroom to look at the injury and in result my left knee is swollen and very red tender to the touch and had a little blood from my knee cap.
