What happened
Nurse was caring for a bleeding patient stated she felt unwell. Left room after alerting another nurse in the room. Witnessed by staff at the nurses station stumbling pale syncopal episode where she fell forward striking her face on the desk then falling to the floor striking head. Witnessed LOC approximately 1 min bradycardic during this time. C-collar placed nurse blackboarded and brought to trauma bay. Upon lifting her onto the stretcher nurse increasing alertness improving HR.
