What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] property I experienced a vehicle accident (HET119) unknown damage to vehicle. As we were getting ready to start our special operation with LASD we were directed to follow in line along the curb to better access clients located on the embankment adjacent to Metro property and river. As I made a left turn close to the curb to park I drove over what looks to be a water drain. My right tire completely submerged causing a big impact to front right side tire.
