[REDACTED] [REDACTED] we had a selector [REDACTED] report an injury He was in the cooler on aisle [REDACTED] picking up a box around 20 50 lbs he did report he used correct lifting technique He said while picking up the box he felt a pop in his back and discomfort followed After a call with [REDACTED] and the nurse he was encouraged to go to MBI which he did Following this email his Mbi information will be attached And information will be input into chefs [REDACTED] It did not seem like a major injury but no matter how big or small it was not the way we intended to end the year He said he should be okay and just didnt want to risk it
