associate was in the process of dropping a stack of product at one of our customers location Drivers attention was taken by the customer asking a question about a case he had brought in on an earlier stack The question was asked by the customer as the driver was pulling the hand truck out of the bottom of the stacked product when he let the hand truck go too soon causing the hand truck to rock backwards hence hitting his mouth
