Associate was placing his hand truck back into the trailer laying down flat with the blade facing up The cable of the trailer door snapped on the passenger side slamming the door closed due to the weight of the rear door Our associates finger was on the blade of the hand truck as the door came crashing down on it as a result of the door falling while the associate was pushing in his hand truck it severed the tip of his right hand finger with the blade of the hand truck
