What happened
While the employee was attempting to unjam the end matcher scrap conveyor another employee went to the back side of the conveyor and was attempting to unclog the scrap jam with force. When the other employee forced a scrap plank back through towards injured employee the debri struck in on the right hand index finger tip causing the injury
