What happened
TM was making a turn on PIT with frozen product. Product started to fall off of the side of the pallet. TM attempted to stop get off of the PIT equipment to stop the product from falling. PIT did not come to a complete stop before the TM exited the PIT causing the TM 's right foot ankle to come into contact with the undercarriage of the PIT equipment.
