Transfer of patient from bed to chair.
What happened
Nursing Assistant was assisting patient from bed to chair with second Nursing Aide. Patient was not following instructions making transfer difficult. Patient was in standing position with two assist and gait belt instructed to pivot to the right and immediately sat down in the chair resulting in the Nursing Assistant being pulled in the opposite direction twisting her back. This resulted in immediate pain in the lower back
