What happened
EE alleges that she was lifting a lid from a pan from off the steam bar when hot steam unknown temperature caused a burn to her right forearm. Blister burst open that is about 2 1 2 inches by 2 inches that wraps around to her R wrist. Another blister is seen onto the inner aspect of her R elbow that is 2 in around. Pain is strong to the burn areas that throbs. Burn is very swollen and red to the R forearm. R forearm wraps around her R wrist like a bracelet
