What happened
The injured TM was using a dust mop to sweep the area just outside of the working trailer at dock door 3. At the exact moment that the forklift exited the trailer the injured TM crossed it 's path. The back wheel of the forklift made contact with the steel top portion of the injured TM 's shoe which caused him to fall and his right foot to be momentarily pinned.
