WHEN EMPLOYEE BEGAN TO PUMP THE HANDLE TO BUILD PRESSURE TO BEGIN SPRAYING THE LID WAS NOT FULLY SEALED CORRECTLY CAUSING THE LID TO BLOW OFF. CHEMCIAL MIXTURE SPRAYED OUT AND ONTO THE EMPLOYEE. HITTING THIS EMPLOYEE IN THE FACE.
