What happened
Employee pulled slid jack out from shelf by handle with one hand. As the jack cleared the shelf the employee did not anticipate the heavy weight and it dropped suddenly causing the employee to tense up to avoid dropping the jack on the floor. Employee felt a pain in the abdomen from trying to stop the fall of the 55 lbs jack with one hand.
