Hi my name is [REDACTED] driver for US Foods On [REDACTED] as I was doing an export at coastal I proceeded to open the doors on my trailer It was very difficult to get the door close to the latch so I tried using the left side of my chest to push it As I did that I heard a crack and it hurt but went on with my day Then on [REDACTED] it stated to hurt and its very uncomfortable pain as of now I told my supervisor about it I want to give it a couple of days to see if it gets better on its own Please note that this was reported by [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] in which was called in to [REDACTED] as a record only claim
