[REDACTED] was assisting lead in cutting overtravel billet on press 4 [REDACTED] stepped back and down from the platform to get a sticker to assist in cutting the billet The associate got first foot on the floor and went to step down with their second foot As they stepped down with their second foot it landed on the platform for the crane feet This caused the associate to loose their balance and fall [REDACTED] landed on the floor as the lead turned to see the end of fall
