What happened
TM was moving waste veneer from the landing table between Press 1415 into the waste veneer cart During this process the TM had the veneer on the right side of their body and was passing it under their arm to place in the cart During this movement a piece of veneer came in contact with the right side of the body under the armpit on the right breast side Sliver entered the body and TM attempted to pull it out This cause the splinter to break off and a portion remained intact in the body
