Before the incident
Employee was cleaning steaming out a product pump attached to one of the truck in the fleet.
What happened
Employee attempted to detach the steam fitting from the pump prior to relieving the pressure in the pump and hose. Once the ears of the clamp were release the pressure pushed the fitting off of the pump with sprayed the employee with steam on the right knee hip and arm
