Employee was walking down the stairs wearing shoes with heels and two very small straps in each shoe. Employee tripped on a step as she was walking down (no particular cause). In order to refrain from falling she instinctively held on to the handrail with her left hand. This caused her left wrist to jerk and to hit her left foot on a step.
