Loading a UPS Trailer

Employee was inside of a UPS trailer loading the track with complete boxes. Once they completed the task they moved the accordion ramp out of the truck with a pushing motion. While doing so the ramp went in a different direction than they were pushing. Employee lost their balance and they slipped with their left foot down in the opening between the truck and the building. Their right foot remained on the truck. They fell until Their groin area hit the edge of the building which prevented them from falling further. Employee lifted themselves up from the opening.
