What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] went to reach for a 12-pack diet case on Aisle A location [REDACTED] while picking an order and as he stepped closer to the pallet of 12-pack diet he tried to plant his foot on the ground which had residue moisture and slipped forward. As he slid forward he put his right hand out to avoid going face first into the pallet and in the process his right hand caught the pallet of product for grip support but with all his bodyweight countering causing too much stress on his hand which resulted in a sprain. Reported to supervisor on [REDACTED].
