[REDACTED] was installing a BIB rack in a basement with low duct work. He turned around to grab a tool and sliced his head open on the corner of the sheet metal duct work. There was no impact that would cause a skull or brain injury. It was a laceration only. [REDACTED] and customer cleaned and bandaged the lacerated area and then [REDACTED] went to Urgent care in [REDACTED].
