Before the incident
EE was tracing and air leak in the moulder area.
What happened
While attempting to open the box containing the pneumatic air valve and filter the door popped open striking the EE in the right hand and leg. it was later determined there was a failure to a fitting inside the box which caused a build up of pressure inside and when the tabs of the door were loosened it blew open causing the injury.

an approximate 4-5 cm laceration to the right hand between the r index finger and middle finger knuckles and a minor contusion to the medial lateral aspect of the right knee area.
