Racking parts for vacuum furnace

Employee injured finger on right hand while racking parts. Using a magnet to move parts and parts slipped causing finger to be pinched between metal parts. Employee did not feel a need to seek medical treatment and worked remainder of shift. Employee went to Urgent care the following day and was provided with a splint.
