Before the incident
Organizing Material in back of truck to be able to offload what was needed.
What happened
Arrived at location and realized that the only access to the pallet with 1 metal door and frame was on the passenger side. The pallet was originally on the driver side. Employee and coworker jumped on the bed of the truck and bent over to slide the pallet over to the passenger side. In that position and sliding the pallet over is when Employee felt a pinch in his left side back and he started to feel pain from that point.
