EE went to rack that holds cardboard and took it to the box that he was going to cut it down to fit.
What happened
EE was pulled from ballistic to fill in he started to cut cardboard for box prep and the blade slipped and hit his thumb EE did not wear his required PPE which were cut level 6 gloves. After the laceration he went to the restroom and then [REDACTED] (myself) took him to the ER where he received 10 stitches.
