[REDACTED] was opening a folding dock plate at Grocery Outlet Edgewood. The plate did not operate properlyso he had to pull the lip up by hand on the truck side. the plate fell on his finger crushing slashing. the customer called the ambulance for him. they are taking him to the hospital. [REDACTED] will keep us up to date. [REDACTED] is heading there now to take his last delivery at Sprouts Bell Air. [REDACTED] will move the truck out of the dock to a safe place out of the way. We will determine what to do with the truck when we find out if [REDACTED] can drive a car back. they are taking him to [REDACTED] in [REDACTED].
