What happened
Employee was loading an OKK fixture with alpha castings and initiated the two hand controls. Employee let go of the two hand controls and grabbed the part when the bottom clamp on the fixture caught their thumb causing a deep laceration. Employee called for help and machine was in Estop and required set up to manually reset. Employee was then transferred to ER.
