What happened
I needed to step up on the toolbox to repair something right on top of the hood and no damage was noted. I proceeded down the steps I was on the top of the toolbox on the steps I had hold of the mirror my boot slipped & I lost grasp mirror but my boot slipped & Iost grasp of mirror & fell to concrete.
