What happened
I was putting crossmembers & bolt in the bottom to hold the frame. While I was putting it i I had my hand underneath holding up the bolt in my palm. Someone moved the frame & when it moved the bolt caught my thumb between the bolt and J-hook. My thumb was compressed between the j-hook & bolt & it drug me to the side.
